The Enitan Story Hosts Empower Circle with Judy Bond

The Enitan Story, a non-profit with a mission to advocate and empower human trafficking survivors hosts the first in its series of Empowerment Circle tomorrow. The one and half hour long event will take place at its office located at 1628 County Highway 10, Suite 210, Spring Lake Park, MN 55432 at 6:00 p.m.

According to the organization’s representative, Bukola Oriola, “the Empowerment Circle is geared towards empowering the larger community to be able to empower survivors. The program is a free training session focusing on a particular topic each month to provide available resources to both survivors and members of the public from financial to emotional support.”

Tomorrow night will focus on Financial Empowerment with Judy Bond of The Anoka County Community Action Program (ACCAP). Below is Judy’s short bio.

Judy has been with Anoka County Community Action Program Inc. (ACCAP) for 5 years, prior to her coming to ACCAP she worked at Wells Fargo for 22 years; with Wells Fargo Financial for 15 years as an account representative, and 7 years with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage has a supervisor in their Doc Management department. Since coming to ACCAP, Judy worked in the foreclosure prevention department helping homeowners save their home. In 2013 she became the FAIM Coordinator working with low income participants to obtain an asset of homeownership, continuing their education or starting or expanding a small business. Her mission has been to help people obtain financial stability and to build a secure future for their family by providing the tools and programs that suits their individual needs.
